About Us
The Dementia Wellbeing Support Service provides compassionate, personalised support for people living with dementia and their families.
We help people maintain wellbeing, independence, connection and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.
Dementia can affect communication, routines, relationships, confidence and behaviour. We provide practical guidance, reassurance and support to help families navigate these changes.
Specialist Experience You Can Trust
Our service is led by a Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) and Dementia Wellbeing Specialist with over 15 years’ experience across hospital, residential and community settings.
Our approach combines professional knowledge with practical, person-centred support.
We look beyond the diagnosis to understand the person, their story, strengths, preferences and what matters most to them.
Our Approach
Compassionate- We listen, understand and support with kindness, dignity and respect.
Personalised- Support is tailored to each person and family.
Practical- We focus on strategies that work in everyday life.
Family-centre- We support families and care-partners to build understanding and confidence.
Supporting Better Days at Home- We focus on more than managing dementia. We focus on wellbeing, connection and quality of life.
Together, we find practical ways to support meaningful activities, familiar routines, relationships and independence.
Compassionate care. Practical support. Better days together.
